Founded in 1998, Italmatch Chemicals is a global specialty chemicals manufacturer and innovator, focusing on advanced solutions for water treatment, lubricants, energy, specialties and oleochemicals markets.
Originally based in Italy, over the years the Group has undergone a significant process of organic and inorganic growth, expanding its international footprint through 17 successful M&As. This strategic expansion has resulted in a highly diversified product portfolio, enabling the company to serve a broad range of industrial applications.
Today, Italmatch Chemicals operates through 20 production plants across Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Americas regions, supported by 8 research and development centres.
The group employs over 1.100 people in 16 countries and generates an annual turnover of approx. 700 million euros. Sustainability and circular economy principles are core components of the Group’s strategy, guiding its chemical innovation and manufacturing processes worldwide.
