Albrivap® is Italmatch Chemicals Advanced Water Solutions product line designed to control fouling and scaling during Thermal Desalination operations. Albrivap® products are designed to inhibit calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate and magnesium hydroxide scaling from occurring in a wide range of environments and at different points during the desalination processes. We provide several options which are required to protect systems, including both Multistage Flash (MSF) and Multieffect Distillation (MED), with multiple variables of designs, heat flux, top brine temperature and seawater chemistry. Albrivap solutions also offers foam prevention during the distillation processes.

Acidizing solutions comprise Italmatch’s chemicals for well stimulation and cleanup. The portfolio includes corrosion inhibitors, specialty surfactants, viscosifiers and gel treatments tailored for acid jobs. These additives protect metal equipment, enhance acid-rock reaction and carry proppant or debris in acid fracturing and matrix acidizing treatments.

AUBIN® AXI-Zone is a two-component zonal isolation gel used for temporary, pressure-retaining plugs. The base fluid and adjustable retarder are mixed and pumped into the well; under reservoir conditions they set into a rigid, impermeable gel. This single-phase plug holds pressure for operations like valve swaps or repairs. AXI-Zone can be broken down with an acid-based breaker when no longer needed.

Pipeline technologies cover innovative pigging and chemical cleaning solutions for pipeline maintenance. EVO-Pig elastomeric pigs flex through complex, varying-diameter lines to sweep debris and displace fluids even without special pig launchers. Specialty pipeline gels capture loose solids or hydrocarbons: debris pick-up gels lift sand to the pipe center, separator gels clear remaining oil before seawater flush. Complementary chemicals (dewatering agents, surfactants, scale dissolvers) ensure pipelines are clean and flow-assured.

AUBIN® Resolv 260 is a low-viscosity, pumpable fluid for temporary well plugging. Upon placement under reservoir pressure, it reacts to form a compliant solid gel plug. This gel expands under prressure, to fill cracks and leaks in cement plugs or annuli, effectively sealing unwanted leak paths. The plug can later be dissolved with breakers, allowing safe coiled-tubing workovers or removal of tubing.

Wellbore cleanup products are biodegradable surfactants and solvent mixtures that remove drilling fluids and solids. They dissolve oil-based and water-based mud residues and filter cakes, rendering the wellbore surfaces water-wet. These straightforward fluids (often mixed into fresh or seawater) aid in preparing the well for cementing or production without harming downhole equipment.

Xclude is a revolutionary reservoir barrier technology for permanent well plugging. It uses a calibrated chemical reaction to precipitate minerals (e.g. calcium carbonate) deep in the formation, creating an impermeable plug in the reservoir pores. This rigless solution applies through tubing or coiled tubing, forming a durable scale barrier behind the casing without heavy cementing operations.

Xmax is a patented chemical system for permanent water shut-off in wells. It operates by inducing insoluble mineral precipitation in the reservoir at selected zones. Deployed with standard coiled tubing or pumping, Aubin®  Xmax forms an impermeable barrier that permanently blocks water-producing formations. This rigless treatment is safe, cost-effective, and integrates with routine well interventions.
