Announcing our new Global Engagement Survey results with Great Place To Work

Italmatch Chemicals is proud to announce the new milestone in its employee engagement journey, conducted in partnership with Great Place To Work®, a global leader in workplace culture and employee experience.
Following last year’s first-round certification of three affiliates – Brazil, China, and India – we are delighted to share that our affiliate in the United States has now achieved Great Place To Work® certification, further strengthening Italmatch Chemicals Group commitment to a strong, inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
We have achieved a global Great Place To Work® Trust index of 67, improving by 3 points and aligning Italmatch with the industry benchmarks. The certification in these four countries currently allows us to cover 50% of the Italmatch population.
