Italmatch is a leading producer and supplier of oleochemical products, serving as raw materials and additives across various sectors plastics & rubbers, construction, paints & varnishes, lubricants detergency, including personal care & cosmetics, paper, food and pharmaceuticals. Our plant in Zuera (Zaragoza, Spain) is exclusively dedicated to manufacture oleo-derivatives, with more than 50-years’ experience coming from the merger of several spanish industries to give birth to UNDESA, that was then acquired by Italmatch in 2012. Zaragoza plant owns the majority of oleochemicals production, but Arese (Milan) and Qualiano (Naples), Italy plants give them contribution too.
We have a fully integrated system with R&D and Application activities in three laboratories (located in Spain and Italy) and we can also leverage Italmatch Group’s extensive network of manufacturing sites and R&D centres located in Europe, the Americas, and APAC.
Our core industrial activity focuses on the production of fatty acids and their transformation into a wide range of derivatives, paying high attention to product safety, environmentally friendly and innovative approach throughout the entire process.
