Italmatch Chemicals Group acquires Detrex Corporation

Italmatch Chemicals has acquired Detrex Corporation, an American company headquartered in Cleveland (Ohio) and specialized, through its subsidiary The Elco Corporation, in the production of high performance lubricant additives, for industrial applications and high purity hydrochloric acid.
